🔹 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Call prospective students from inquiry lists to introduce Embark College’s programs and guide them through the admissions process.
- Provide clear and accurate information on courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and facilities.
- Follow up regularly to maintain engagement and build interest.
- Address basic questions and refer complex inquiries to the admissions team.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, outcomes, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Schedule appointments with high-potential leads for admissions counselors.
