Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, students, and job seekers.
• Provide detailed information about job-ready training programs, course offerings, and career
support services.
• Assist with the enrollment process, ensuring all documentation and requirements are met.
• Handle client inquiries via phone, email, providing timely and professional responses.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM systems as needed.
• Support students in job placement activities, including resume building and interview preparation.
• Collaborate with trainers, career advisors, and employers to facilitate successful program
outcomes.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary to ensure a high level of
satisfaction.
• Assist in organizing career workshops, information sessions, and job fairs and orientation and
bootcamp.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service, student support, or a related role (preferably in an RTO
or job placement setting).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer issues professionally.
• Knowledge of job-ready programs, vocational education, and employment pathways is an
advantage.
• Experience in working with individuals seeking career support, training, or job placements is
preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
