Descriptions
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features of the app.
- Inform customers about new and existing features and functionalities of the app.
- Follow up with customers to update about new packages.
- Gather customer feedback and share with concerned Department.
- Assist in training junior Call Support Representatives.
- Other duties as assigned.
Specifications:
- Freshers can apply.
- Fluent communication in both Nepali and English.
- Completion of +2 or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree. A background in science is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets.
- Convincing skills and patience.
- Should be technically sound.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Must be adaptable for the morning, day, and evening shifts.
