Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns
- Understand client needs and objectives, and proactively offer solutions and services.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, operations, finance) to meet client expectations
- Monitor client accounts to ensure timely service delivery and satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Prepare reports on account status, client feedback, and service improvements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed company goals
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.
- Follow up call for payments by coordinating with finance department
Requirements:
- +2 Completed or Bachelor's Degree with good communications skills
- Must have knowledge of Ms-excel ,PowerPoint and Email writing.
- Must be familiar with the software
