Job Description
- Managing Consumer Relationship Management (CRM) and Order Management Systems (OMS).
- Handling customer orders and addressing inquiries.
- Creating orders on our CRM for customers and providing price quotations for those interested in shopping from countries like the USA, Thailand, China, etc.
- Managing all incoming calls and effectively addressing customer inquiries.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Customer Service & Social Media Management
1. Order Validation:
- Validating customer orders that arrive on our website through phone calls.
- Confirming product variant and customer location via phone calls.
- Placing appropriate tags on our software to facilitate correct order placement.
- Managing all incoming calls and effectively addressing customer inquiries.
2. Order processing:
- Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and assisting with returns.
- Editing customer orders according to customer requests and location.
3. Problem solving and issue resolution:
- Acting as a first point of contact for customers facing issues.
- Documenting customer issues for faster issue resolution.
- Coordinating with other departments to solve customer problems.
- Identifying priority issues and reporting it to the team manager.
