Education Qualification:
- Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in tele-calling or customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Provide accurate information about products/services and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Maintain customer records and update databases regularly.
