Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Handling inquiries via phone, email, chat; providing solutions and educating customers.
- Feedback & Analysis: Collecting customer feedback (surveys, reviews), analyzing data to find trends, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Sharing insights and working with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Support teams to enhance service and products.
- Issue Resolution: Managing and resolving customer complaints and technical issues promptly.
- Strategy & Improvement: Developing strategies to improve retention, designing better customer journeys, and implementing new policies.
Requirements:
- Education : Bachelor degree in stream of management/commerce
- Experience: Freshers can apply
Functional Competencies:
- Proficiency in computer (MS Office, Excel, Email)
- Good email and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: Rs. 848 Per day
- Contract of 3 months.
