Job Summary:
 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Customer Interaction: Handling inquiries via phone, email, chat; providing solutions and educating customers.
  • Feedback & Analysis: Collecting customer feedback (surveys, reviews), analyzing data to find trends, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Sharing insights and working with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Support teams to enhance service and products.
  • Issue Resolution: Managing and resolving customer complaints and technical issues promptly.
  • Strategy & Improvement: Developing strategies to improve retention, designing better customer journeys, and implementing new policies.
     

Requirements:

  • Education :   Bachelor degree in stream of management/commerce
  • Experience:  Freshers can apply

 

Functional Competencies:

  • Proficiency in computer (MS Office, Excel, Email)
  • Good email and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
     

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: Rs. 848 Per day 
  • Contract of 3 months.
