Position Summary
The Junior Call Support Assistant will manage incoming and outgoing calls, assist customers with inquiries, and ensure smooth communication flow between clients and departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally in both English and Nepali.
- Record and update call logs and client details accurately.
- Provide information or redirect queries to the concerned department.
- Support the communication team in maintaining call quality and response standards.
- Maintain a positive and courteous tone in all interactions.
Required Skills & Experience
- Clear and confident voice with excellent communication in English and Nepali.
- Prior experience in call handling or customer service preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid license preferred.
- Punctual, polite, and able to manage time effectively
