🔹 About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Business Analyst to help us drive digital innovation. You'll serve as a critical link between stakeholders, products, and technology teams—supporting strategic decisions through structured analysis and domain expertise.

 

🔹 Experience Required

📌 Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
📌 At least 2–3 years in Fintech or BFSI domain (required)

 

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Documentation

  • Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements from cross-functional teams
  • Translate requirements into functional specifications, BRDs/FRDs, user stories, and BPMN/UML diagrams

 

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a bridge between Product, Tech, Operations, and Compliance teams
  • Lead requirement-gathering sessions and manage expectations

 

Product & Solution Design

  • Collaborate with product managers to build fintech products (wallets, lending platforms, payment gateways)
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and local/international frameworks

 

Project Support (Agile/Scrum)

  • Support the SDLC lifecycle: sprints, planning, retrospectives
  • Work closely with developers, testers, and PMs throughout development

 

Testing & QA

  • Create and review test cases, support UAT, and ensure system behavior aligns with specs

 

Data Analysis

  • Perform data exploration using SQL or BI tools
  • Develop reports/dashboards and analyze customer journeys to drive product improvements

 

🔹 Required Skills

✅ Strong knowledge of fintech workflows (e.g., digital KYC, transaction processing, reconciliation, lending)
✅ Proficiency in writing user stories, acceptance criteria (JIRA, Confluence)
✅ Competence in SQL and data analysis
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management
✅ Familiarity with regulatory frameworks: KYC, AML, PCI DSS
✅ Hands-on with tools like JIRA, Figma, Visio, Excel, Balsamiq

 

🔹 Educational Qualifications

🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
🎓 Preferred certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA, or equivalent

 

🔹 Preferred Experience

  • Experience with digital payments, core banking, BNPL, microfinance, or neo-banking
  • Exposure to APIs, third-party integrations (e.g., KYC, payment gateways, credit bureaus)
