🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic partnerships with BFIs (Banks and Financial Institutions), PSPs (Payment Service Providers), fintechs, and corporates.
- Lead end-to-end deal negotiation, onboarding, and partnership growth initiatives.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to expand the client and partner network.
- Collaborate with product, technology, and compliance teams to deliver tailored solutions for partners.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth.
- Prepare and present business proposals, partnership models, and progress reports to senior management.
✅ Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or client relationship management.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
- Prior exposure to fintech, digital payments, or the financial services sector is highly preferred.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams and deliver results under tight deadlines.
