Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and drive them through the sales cycle.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos.
  • Build strong PR with local bodies and stakeholders.
  • Draft, review, and submit software proposals and contracts.
  • Negotiate with clients and meet sales targets.
  • Provide feedback to product teams for improvements.
  • Execute marketing policies set by management.
  • Analyze competitors’ products and market trends.
  • Ensure timely payment collections.

 

🛠️ Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in BBA, BBS
  • 1–2 years in Sales or related field
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Internet).
  • Ability to work under deadlines and deliver results.
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication & convincing skills.
  • Customer-first and business-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to lead meetings and work independently.
