✨ Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and drive them through the sales cycle.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos.
- Build strong PR with local bodies and stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and submit software proposals and contracts.
- Negotiate with clients and meet sales targets.
- Provide feedback to product teams for improvements.
- Execute marketing policies set by management.
- Analyze competitors’ products and market trends.
- Ensure timely payment collections.
🛠️ Required Skills & Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in BBA, BBS
- 1–2 years in Sales or related field
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Internet).
- Ability to work under deadlines and deliver results.
- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication & convincing skills.
- Customer-first and business-oriented mindset.
- Ability to lead meetings and work independently.
- Highly motivated with a target-driven approach.
