Overview:
We're hiring a Business Development Executive/Manager to drive growth, manage client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should be strategic, client-focused, and skilled in negotiation and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop growth strategies and plans
- Manage existing clients and expand the client base
- Draft and negotiate business proposals and contracts
- Identify business opportunities and market trends
- Coordinate with clients for payments and follow-ups
- Guide junior staff and collaborate with internal teams
- Report on progress and improvement areas
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of sales forecasting, customer feedback analysis, and staff training
