Overview:
We're hiring a Business Development Executive/Manager to drive growth, manage client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should be strategic, client-focused, and skilled in negotiation and communication.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop growth strategies and plans
  • Manage existing clients and expand the client base
  • Draft and negotiate business proposals and contracts
  • Identify business opportunities and market trends
  • Coordinate with clients for payments and follow-ups
  • Guide junior staff and collaborate with internal teams
  • Report on progress and improvement areas

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of sales forecasting, customer feedback analysis, and staff training
