🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop growth strategies and plans
- Manage and retain relationships with existing clients
Increase the client base
- Write business proposals and negotiate with stakeholders
- Identify and map business strengths and customer needs
- Research business opportunities and income streams
- Stay up-to-date with business trends
- Draft and review contracts
- Report on successes and areas needing improvement
- Guide juniors and coordinate with clients for payments

💡 Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • 1–2 years in sales or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree (BBS, BBA, BIM)
  •  Analyze customer feedback to improve services
  •  Recruit, train, and guide business development staff
  •  Forecast and develop annual sales quotas
  •  Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  •  Proficient in computer skills (Email, Internet, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  •  Experience in designing and implementing business development strategies
  •  Able to work under deadlines and deliver results
  •  Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills
  •  Strong convincing and negotiation skills
  •  Ability to lead high-level meetings and teams
  •  Service-oriented and business-minded
