Key Responsibilities:
● Scout and onboard new merchants under pilot categories.
● Guide new merchants through onboarding, app setup, and basic operations training.
● Identify drop-off or underperforming vendors and re-engage them.
● Track daily order performance of newly onboarded merchants and flag irregularities.
● Follow up with new vendors regularly to ensure they are progressing and active.
● Coordinate with the marketing ops team to resolve merchant issues quickly.
● Work closely with the BD team to test and scale incubation strategies.
● Maintain daily reports on merchant activity and early-stage performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (running or completed)
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
● Analytical thinking
● Ability to interpret trends and data.
● Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets is must.
● Previous experience in onboarding or merchant support is an advantage
