- Identify and develop innovative strategies to enhance digital banking and fintech services
- Research and evaluate global trends in digital payments, remittance, and financial technology
- Collaborate with internal departments to conceptualize and launch customer-centric solutions
- Provide insights on new technologies and process improvements in financial transactions
- Develop strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, startups, and service providers
- Monitor market developments to anticipate industry shifts and advise leadership accordingly
- Represent the company at innovation forums, networking events, and regulatory discussions
- Lead pilot programs for new service models and digital platforms

✅ Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related discipline
- 2–4 years of professional experience in innovation, strategy, fintech, digital banking, or product development
- Deep understanding of domestic and international financial systems, remittance, and payment gateways
- Experience working in or with digital banking institutions or fintech companies
- Excellent public relations and communication skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to think critically and propose innovative, practical solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
