We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager For restaurant located at Kathmandu & Lakeside Pokhara to oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining service standards, handling customer relations, and driving business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily back and front restaurant operations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Hire, train, and manage restaurant staff (service, kitchen coordination, and housekeeping).
- Monitor and manage inventory, supply orders, and cost controls.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards as per F&B regulations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food service.
- Track financial performance: daily sales, expenses, and profitability.
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Schedule staff shifts and manages Labor costs.
- Report to senior management/owners on operations, staff, and sales performance.
✅ Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years of proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Sound knowledge of POS systems, billing, and inventory software
- Good understanding of customer service, food safety, and quality standards
- Financial and analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work under pressure, including weekends and holidays
