We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional service delivery, managing staff, and maximizing profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize restaurant performance and profitability.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor and analyze financial reports, including sales, expenses, and profitability, and take appropriate action to achieve financial targets.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and timely service.
- Implement marketing and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing laws.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with staff and customers.
- Proven track record of driving sales and profitability.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification in food safety and sanitation is preferred.
