Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure seamless service delivery
✅ Lead, train, and motivate F&B staff to maintain high-performance standards
✅ Uphold top-quality food, beverage, hygiene, and safety protocols
✅ Manage inventory, control costs, and maximize profitability
✅ Develop and execute promotional strategies to increase sales and visibility
✅ Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
✅ Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving measures
✅ Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies
We’re Looking For Someone With:
✔️ +2 required; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (completed or pursuing) is highly preferred.
✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
✔️ Strong leadership and team management skills
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
✔️ Proficiency in inventory management, staff scheduling, and budgeting
✔️ A commitment to outstanding customer service and operational excellence
✔️ Problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
