Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls (around 100-120 per day) to prospective students and parents regarding study abroad opportunities.
- Provide detailed information about course, universities and abroad studies.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Maintain records of calls and follow-ups
- Coordinate with the counseling and documentation teams to ensure smooth processing.
- Meet personal and team sales goals on time.
- Represent Unifinders Education professionally and uphold the company’s reputation.
Requirement:
- +2 completed; Bachelor’s running or completed
- 1–2 years in CSR or customer handling (freshers are welcome)
