Job Overview
We are seeking highly driven and result-oriented Project Sales to manage and grow project-based sales. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in Steel industries or construction or paints industries sales, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to handle corporate and project-level clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and convert potential project-based sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, consultants, and dealers
- Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and expand client base
- Present product features, benefits, and technical specifications to potential clients
- Negotiate pricing, prepare quotations, and close sales deals effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and client satisfaction
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics
- Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in B2B / Project Sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Sound understanding of construction/project market trends
- Ability to work independently with strong result orientation
- Strong networking and client relationship management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
- Positive attitude, team player, and goal-driven mindset

- Numbers required - 2 nos.
- Qualification - Bachelor's degree
- Experience - 2/3 years in either Construction company or Steel/Iron industry or Local Paints company.
- Age group - 30 -32 yrs
- Duty Station - Kathmandu
- Offered Package - 40-50 K
