Job Summary
The Sales Head is responsible for leading and expanding national sales operations for the home appliance segment through effective strategic channel sales management. The role requires a visionary leader capable of designing and implementing sales strategies, building and nurturing channel partner relationships, and driving revenue growth across Nepal. The Sales Head will oversee a team of Sales Officers while ensuring market penetration, customer satisfaction, and overall profitability.
1.Sales Strategy Development
- Design and implement all over Nepal sales strategy focused on channel development (distributors, retailers, and partners).
- Align sales initiatives with overall business goals and market trends.
2.Channel Sales Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners.
- Expand the network by identifying and onboarding new distributors and retailers.
3.Target Setting & Performance Management
- Set clear sales targets for regional teams and partners in alignment with business goals.
- Monitor sales performance through regular reviews and take corrective action where needed.
4.Market Expansion
- Identify new business opportunities in untapped or underperforming regions.
- Increase market penetration and optimize distribution coverage.
5.Training & Development
- Train and support internal sales teams and channel partners to improve sales performance.
- Conduct regular workshops, product demos, and knowledge-sSHAring sessions.
6.Forecasting & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Track sales metrics and KPIs to guide decisions and improve outcomes.
7.Promotions & Incentive Management
- Plan and implement trade promotions, schemes, and incentive programs to stimulate sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and brand visibility.
8.Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with the marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure product availability, competitive pricing, and timely delivery.
9.Relationship & Issue Management
- Address concerns of key customers and partners proactively.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
10.Budget Management
- Manage the sales budget effectively.
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources in alignment with strategic objectives.
Requirement:
1.Bachelors or Masters in Management.
2.Previous experience in Senior role atleast 5 years +
3.Proven experience in FMCG, Mobile industry, Hardware, Electronics etc.
