Job Description
We are hiring a Sales Supervisor to join our Sales team. This role involves working closely with the sales team to help achieve targets and grow the company. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of marketing, good communication skills, and be able to build strong relationships with customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the sales team to meet monthly targets
• Use marketing materials effectively in the field
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers and dealers
• Share regular updates and reports with the manager

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in sales or marketing
• Good communication and relationship-building skills
• Basic understanding of marketing and sales processes
