Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Engagement: Connect with leads generated through ads, app signups, and website
- inquiries via phone calls.
- Conversion Focus: Effectively pitch products, answer questions, and guide customers
- toward purchase decisions.
- Follow-Ups: Maintain a systematic follow-up process to maximize conversion potential.
- Accuracy & Detail: Ensure accurate information is shared with customers regarding
- offers, pricing, and products.
- Sales Recording: Log all calls, responses, and conversion status in the system with high
- accuracy.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to share feedback
- and customer insights.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business/Management/Commerce.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior internship or 6–12 months in telesales, customer service, or call center environment will be a plus.
Skills:
- Strong verbal communication skills (Nepali & basic English).
- Persuasive and confident phone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Good business understanding with the ability to explain product value clearly.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to balance quantity of calls with quality of conversations.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
