Job Summary
As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving sales, generating new business, and building long-lasting relationships with individual and corporate clients. You will promote resort packages, convert inquiries into bookings, and support overall revenue growth for the resort. Sales activities will include field visits, client engagement, presentations, follow-ups, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers through networking, field visits, and referrals.
- Promote resort offerings, prepare and present proposals, and close sales effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, corporate accounts, and partners.
- Conduct regular market visits and gather feedback to improve sales strategies.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to convert them into confirmed business.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery consistency.
- Represent the resort at promotional events and client meetings as required.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience in sales is desirable; however, freshers are encouraged to apply
Mandatory Requirements:
- Valid 2 wheeler vehicle and driving license
- Good communication and interpersonal skills relevant to sales and hospitality.
- Proficient in MS Office
