Key Responsibilities:
✅ Identify and attract top talent through job portals, social media, referrals, and other sourcing techniques
✅ Conduct initial screenings, shortlisting, and interviews based on job requirements
✅ Maintain an active talent pool for future hiring needs
✅ Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
✅ Manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery of quality candidates
✅ Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
✅ Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
✅ Assist in salary negotiations and offer finalization
✅ Stay updated on industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and best recruitment practices
✅ Maintain accurate records of candidate databases, job postings, and recruitment reports
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in BBA, BBS or a related field.
🔹 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a hiring agency or HR consulting firm
🔹 Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
🔹 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
🔹 Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
