Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive P&O Trainee to join our People & Organization team. This entry-level role will focus on supporting administrative and operational tasks within the P&O function, including documentation of contracts and legal documents, onboarding and offboarding processes, and cross-functional collaboration with departments such as IT, Admin, Talent Acquisition, and Finance. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn, with a strong ability to take ownership of tasks while contributing to a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately document, organize, and maintain contracts and other legal or people-related documents.
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing team members, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (IT, Admin, Talent Acquisition, Finance, etc.) to resolve operational needs on a timely basis.
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks within the P&O department.
- Proactively manage assigned projects and responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to take on additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Demonstrates initiative and takes full ownership of tasks from start to finish.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, tools, and challenges.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently, meet deadlines and suggest best way to do things based on experience.
