About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive Human Resource Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, training coordination, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with reference checks and preparing offer letters
- Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation
2️⃣ HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave data
- Prepare HR letters, memos, and circulars
- Manage HR documents and filing systems
3️⃣ Employee Relations & Communication
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies, leaves, and benefits
- Assist in organizing employee engagement and welfare activities
- Support grievance resolution and escalate issues when needed
4️⃣ Performance & Training Support
- Track probation periods, appraisal cycles, and performance evaluations
- Help coordinate training programs and collect feedback
5️⃣ Compliance & Payroll Support
- Assist in preparing payroll data
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, SSF, and company regulations
