Job Description

What will you be doing?

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments of candidates to determine suitability for positions.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and assisting with paperwork and documentation.
  • Ensure that new hires receive necessary training and resources to acclimate to their roles and the organization.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Process employee paperwork such as employment contracts, offer letters, and exit documents.
  • Support performance appraisal processes by providing guidance to managers and employees, tracking performance evaluations, and assisting in goal-setting activities.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to management for performance improvement or recognition.
  • Conduct training sessions based on company's standard operating procedure.
  • Prepare and present analysis of monthly performance and achievements.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in hotel management, human resource or a related field (preferred).
  • Leadership abilities to lead teams within the HR department, so strong leadership skills are essential.
  • Effective communication to interact with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving Skills to encounter various challenges related to employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Solid understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks for the organization.
  • Committed to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
