Job Description:
- Assist in recruitment process including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases (both digital and physical).
- Handle HR-related queries and support employees on policies and procedures.
- Coordinate payroll inputs such as attendance, leave records, and overtime.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support performance appraisal processes and maintain performance data.
- Prepare HR reports like headcount, turnover, leave, etc.
- Assist in drafting and issuing letters such as offer letters, experience letters, and warnings.
Qualification and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR role.
- Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS/HRMS systems.
