Descriptions

Job Description:

  • Assist in recruitment process including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases (both digital and physical).
  • Handle HR-related queries and support employees on policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs such as attendance, leave records, and overtime.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training programs, and wellness initiatives.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and maintain performance data.
  • Prepare HR reports like headcount, turnover, leave, etc.
  • Assist in drafting and issuing letters such as offer letters, experience letters, and warnings.

 

Qualification and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR role.
  • Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS/HRMS systems.
