Key Responsibilities:
- Workforce Management:
- Create and update daily workforce management (WFM) plans for all facilities.
- Maintain and update WFM data for Last Mile, First Mile, Warehouse, and Sort departments.
- Resolve WFM and Biotime issues promptly.
Recruitment:
- Update hiring trackers daily and assist in end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Conduct interviews for roles across Sort, Warehouse, Tier I, Tier II hubs, and Stations.
- Source and screen candidates via referrals and other channels.
- Coordinate hiring requirements with hubs and stations.
Employee Data Management:
- Verify and update daily attendance records.
- Collect and manage employee documents from agencies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee databases.
General HR Support:
- Assist in HR process improvements and daily operational tasks.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth HR workflows.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
- Basic understanding of HR practices is a plus.
