Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in selling hotel services, including rooms, packages, and special offers.
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and upselling opportunities using IDS Software.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and travel agents.
- Coordinate with front office, marketing, and other departments to optimize sales efforts.
- Maintain updated sales reports, targets, and customer feedback records.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors to enhance sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management.
Experience:
- Prior experience in Sales, Front Office, or Guest Relations preferred.
Software Skills:
- Must have knowledge of IDS Software.
Communication & Sales Skills:
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Personality:
- Professional, proactive, and customer-oriented.
