Job Description
What will you be doing?
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through guest feedback and social media reviews.
- Drive financial performance with up-selling, room revenue, and operational audits.
- Lead, train, and motivate the front office team to maintain high service standards.
- Handle guest complaints, resolve issues, and ensure quick solutions.
- Supervise guest arrivals, departures, and VIP services.
- Provide personalized service and maintain a high profile in daily operations.
- Ensure proper application of pricing policies, internal audits, and invoicing procedures.
- Review and manage room allocations, amenities, and special requests for guests.
- Prepare daily and monthly revenue reports, forecasts, and rate strategies.
- Participate in team recruitment and staff development.
- Ensure front desk employees are well-presented, punctual, and knowledgeable.
- Optimize REVPAR through proper pricing and sales strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date guest documentation and hotel information.
What are we looking for:
- An induvial (Female) who is highly motivated, enthusiastic and forward going.
- Someone who has exceptional track records in the related area. Highly prefer someone with minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar job role at certified 3 to 4 star property.
- A minimum of a Bachelor degree in management (Hotel, Tourism) preferred.
- Multitasking and able to handle pressure.
