Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations: Efficiently manage guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Reservations Management: Handle reservations, cancellations, and room allocations using IDS Software.
- Guest Experience: Ensure a seamless experience by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Department Coordination: Collaborate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to front office activities.
- Billing Assistance: Support billing, payments, and invoicing as needed.
- Customer Service: Uphold high standards of hospitality and customer service.
- Shift Flexibility: Be adaptable to work morning, day, and night shifts according to operational needs.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management.
- Experience: Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Relations is preferred.
- Software Skills: Proficient in IDS Software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Personality: A pleasant, professional demeanor with a guest-oriented approach.
Shifts: Morning (6 AM - 2 PM), Day (2 PM - 10 PM), Night (10 PM - 6 AM)
