Job Summary:
The F&B Attendant is responsible for providing courteous and efficient food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a high standard of hospitality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 0-1 years of experience
- +2 pass in Hotel Management or Diploma/Bachelor (running or completed)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve food and beverages according to service standards
- Attend to guest needs and handle requests professionally
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
