Job Description:
- Supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to established standards.
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining proper stock levels.
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including chefs, servers, and support staff.
- Schedule and manage staff shift to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Monitor and control operational costs to maximize profitability.
- Prepare and manage budgets, including forecasting and financial analysis.
- Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and feedback.
- Train staff in customer service best practices and maintain a customer-centric focus.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Inter Departmental and Intra Departmental communication at all times to ensure effective and seamless operation.
