FACT ERP Officer

Role Overview:
The role is focused on managing, troubleshooting, and enhancing the existing FACT
ERP system across departments. The candidate will act as the bridge between users
and the technical backend, ensuring that the ERP effectively supports operational,
financial, and management processes.
The ideal candidate will have both functional understanding of business workflows
(finance, procurement, inventory, production, sales, etc.) and technical proficiency in
FACT ERP, including backend configuration, report customization, and system
troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
 Act as the primary point of contact for all FACT ERP-related issues, change
requests, and performance improvements.
 Understand business processes across departments and translate functional
requirements into ERP configurations or system enhancements.
 Manage user access, master data, and module control within the FACT system.
 Coordinate with the internal IT team or external vendor for backend modification,
data correction, or patch updates.
 Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and automation tools within
FACT as per management’s needs.
 Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and usage
of ERP functionalities.
 Identify gaps, redundancies, or inefficiencies in existing workflows and propose
system-based solutions.
 Ensure data integrity, security, and version control across all ERP modules.
 Assist in ERP audits, upgrades, and documentation for internal control and
compliance purposes.

Required Skills & Competencies:
 Proficiency in FACT ERP system – mandatory (functional & backend).
 Strong understanding of business process flows across accounting, inventory,
production, and sales.
 Technical background with ability to manage ERP configurations, scripting, or
database linkages.
 Analytical mindset with problem-solving and process improvement orientation.

 Excellent coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
 Ability to manage multiple departmental stakeholders and prioritize requests
effectively.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or
Business Administration.
 Minimum 1–3 years of experience working on FACT ERP (implementation,
support, or administration) or any other equivalent ERP
 Exposure to SQL, database management, or ERP integration is an advantage.
 Prior experience in manufacturing, trading, or AlcoBev industry preferred.
