🎯 Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and client-focused Support Executive to provide technical assistance, implement ERP software, and ensure effective use of our Academic ERP system. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot issues, train clients, and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support to clients via phone, email, or chat for ERP-related issues.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and track resolution progress.
- Implement ERP software modules and ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Train users (online/on-site) and ensure full utilization of system features.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support cases and resolutions.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and support juniors as needed.
- Participate in client site visits as per requirement.
- Manage tasks handed over from other shifts and prioritize resolution.
- Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive data responsibly.
- Regularly collect and act on client feedback to improve service quality.
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in technical support or ERP implementation.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and customer service principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for on-site client support.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
