🎯 Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and client-focused Support Executive to provide technical assistance, implement ERP software, and ensure effective use of our Academic ERP system. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot issues, train clients, and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.

 

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support to clients via phone, email, or chat for ERP-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and track resolution progress.
  • Implement ERP software modules and ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Train users (online/on-site) and ensure full utilization of system features.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support cases and resolutions.
  • Follow up on assigned tasks and support juniors as needed.
  • Participate in client site visits as per requirement.
  • Manage tasks handed over from other shifts and prioritize resolution.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive data responsibly.
  • Regularly collect and act on client feedback to improve service quality.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in technical support or ERP implementation.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and customer service principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site client support.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
