Business Development Executive

Job Summary:
 

• Responsible for achieving sales target for assigned area in Paints & Bath Category.
• Pitching to the clients through one-to-one meetings, sampling at site and do needful processing for site conversion
• Responsible for a Street wise mapping to map all the projects at various stage & understanding competitors' practices.
• Timely monitoring of site works and reporting to concerned department for any complaints/issues and provide best solutions.
• Manage indexing by maintaining timely site updates, analyzing data, and generating action plans accordingly.
   

Requirements:
 

Education :  Bachelor degree in stream of management/commerce
 

Experience:  Competent freshers may apply, Preferably 1 year of experience in sales of durable goods or construction-related products
Age :  Below 30 years
 

Functional Competencies:
 

• Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, Internet, Email)
• Good email and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Valid driving license with own two-wheeler
• Languages: Nepali, English
