Roles and responsibilities:
● Recommending product or service changes
● Implementing better processes or policies for Support department
● Ensures relevant product meet clients’ needs and requirements
● Maintain strong bonding between internal team
● Provides leadership by developing and coordinating for the relevant product
● Ensures all works are completed satisfactorily and that all Client requests are responded to in a
timely manner.
● Maintain good relationships with clients and contribute to retain the clients
● Collaborate with analyst and developer team for the client requirements
● Coordination with the Business team for client details, training modules and term and conditions
of client’s agreement
● Stay up-to-date on all the latest advancements in technology and product
● Communicating clearly to resolve doubts with clients
● Maintain technical support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, and resolved, and
follow-ups are done promptly.
● Ensures scheduler reporting and implements solutions on repeated works [Bug]
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in BBS,BBA,or related field
- Must have knowledge in accounting field
Experience:
- Min. 2-3 years in relevant field for mid-level
