• Develop and implement growth strategies and business plans.
• Manage and retain strong client relationships while expanding the customer base.
• Identify new business opportunities and income streams through market research.
• Prepare and present business proposals and contracts to clients and partners.
• Negotiate effectively with stakeholders to achieve win-win outcomes.
• Monitor sales performance, targets, and profitability goals.
• Coordinate with clients for payment follow-ups and service delivery.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
• Stay updated with industry trends and market movements.
• Report regularly on achievements and areas for improvement.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Internet).
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to meet deadlines.
• Experience in developing and implementing business strategies.
