UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Analyze user data and feedback to inform design decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions.
• Develop high-fidelity UI designs, style guides, and design systems, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Translate complex user requirements into elegant and intuitive user interface designs.
• Present and articulate design concepts, rationale, and solutions to internal teams and clients.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, stakeholder input, and technical feasibility.
• Ensure that designs are accessible and comply with industry standards.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience and a strong portfolio.
Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile applications.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and information architecture.
• Solid grasp of visual design principles (typography, color theory, layout, hierarchy).
• Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Proven experience in HTML template using CSS Frameworks.
• Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first approach.
• Convert the Prototype & design in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating design decisions effectively.
• Empathy for users and a passion for creating intuitive experiences.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Openness to feedback and an iterative design process.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects is mandatory.
