Descriptions
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
- Analyze existing systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement
- Support QA and UAT processes by preparing test cases and reviewing results
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and provide support for internal systems
- Analyze product capabilities to identify optimization opportunities
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation
- Perform API testing and develop wireframes
- Conduct feasibility studies for proposed enhancements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Internship or prior experience in a technical or analytical role is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow within a cross-functional environment.
🛠️ Skills & Tools:
- Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
Familiarity with:
- JIRA / Confluence
- Wireframing tools (Balsamiq, Figma)
- MS Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis
- (Optional) Understanding of APIs and Postman for testing
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking
