🔑 Key Responsibilities:

•  Assist in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
• Analyze existing systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement
• Support QA and UAT processes by preparing test cases and reviewing results
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and provide support for internal systems
• Analyze product capabilities to identify optimization opportunities
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation
• Perform API testing and develop wireframes
• Conduct feasibility studies for proposed enhancements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Internship or prior experience in a technical or analytical role is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow within a cross-functional environment.

🛠️ Skills & Tools:

• Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies

Familiarity with:

• JIRA / Confluence
• Wireframing tools (Balsamiq, Figma)
• MS Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis
• (Optional) Understanding of APIs and Postman for testing
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking
