About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and client-focused ERP Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth implementation and use of our ERP software. You will play a critical role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring clients fully leverage the software’s capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Service & Support:
- Monitor and respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding technical cases.
- Ensure all client issues are logged, tracked, resolved, and followed up on in a timely manner.
- Provide ongoing support to new and existing customers to maximize their use of the ERP system.
Technical Troubleshooting & Implementation:
- Handle technical support cases from diagnosis to resolution, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
- Assist in the implementation of ERP software for new clients.
- Conduct training sessions for clients online or on-site as required.
Client Relationship Management:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
- Take regular feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and data within the software.
Team & Task Management:
- Assign tasks to junior team members and follow up on their progress.
- Handle task handovers between shifts and prioritize resolutions based on urgency.
- Escalate unresolved issues appropriately and take ownership of solutions.
On-Site & Field Support:
- Conduct field visits as needed for support, training, or implementation purposes.
- Participate in documentation and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, ERP support, or a similar client-facing technical role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Client-focused mindset with a commitment to satisfaction and service excellence.
- Willingness to travel for on-site visits as required.
