Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections and tests of raw materials, production processes, and final products.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records, reports, and logs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company quality standards.
- Assist in identifying quality issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure quality consistency.
- Calibrate lab equipment and ensure proper functioning of testing tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or Microbiology.
- 1–2 years in a relevant quality control/food/microbiology field.
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards.
