✨ Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues in desktops, laptops, servers & peripherals
- Perform installations, upgrades, and routine maintenance
- Assemble, configure & test computer systems as per company requirements
- Maintain accurate records of repairs & maintenance activities
- Manage inventory of hardware tools & spare parts
- Provide technical support & guidance to end-users
- Set up and manage LAN, WAN & MAN networks, including VLAN creation & IP distribution
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to minimize downtime
- Manage firewall and network security policies
🔑 Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven expertise in computer hardware troubleshooting & repair
- Diploma/Certification in Computer Hardware or related fields
- Strong knowledge of computer components, peripherals & networking concepts
- Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools and repair software
- Excellent problem-solving, detail orientation & communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
