Descriptions
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Conduct daily site inspections (tower erection, cable stringing, foundation work)
✔ Deliver Toolbox Talks & safety training to field workers
✔ Ensure proper use of PPE, lifelines & fall arrest systems
✔ Manage Permit-to-Work system for high-risk activities
✔ Investigate accidents & near-miss incidents, prepare reports
✔ Coordinate with engineers & safety managers to maintain compliance
✔ Maintain updated HSE documentation, audit checklists & training records
🎓 Requirements:
✅ 2–3 years in HSE or related field
✅ Bachelor’s/diploma in Safety, Environment, Civil, or Electrical field
✅ Basic First Aid & Fire Fighting training (mandatory)
✅ Strong knowledge of HSE compliance & risk management
✅ Excellent communication & reporting skills
