Roles and responsibilities:
1. Label Generation Generating labels for customer orders.
- Ensuring that the correct details are printed in the labels.
2. Managing our third-party logistics
- Overseeing operations for our third-party logistics company
- Managing revenue and accounts for aramex managing shipping labels and automating tracking on our backend
3. Overseeing return requests Handling all aspects of product returns and exchanges
- Resolving issues promptly and efficiently to ensure a smooth return process
- Processing refunds or issue store credits (Gift Cards) to customers Analyze return data to identify trends and patterns.
4. Customer support
- Calling Return shipments for Analysis Pre-dispatch customer service Returns / Reverse Logistics Management
- A successful candidate will fulfill the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or any other discipline Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Excellent communication skills Attention to detail Ability to work in a team
- Prior experience in a similar role (preferred)
- Patience and awareness, with an ability to stay calm and professional in difficult situations A strong drive to grow, learn, succeed, and complete all tasks assigned to them
