Through your 3-month internship, you will:

• Dive deep into supply chain processes, from payment reconciliation to process optimization.
• Understand what it takes to be a leader in supply chain efficiency.
• Be part of an internship program designed to equip you with real-world expertise, prepping you for an exciting career in one of the most invaluable and fast-paced industries.

✍️ Your Mission: Key Responsibilities:

1. Inbound Monitoring & Scheduling Support:
   • Open/close inbound requests for Fulfilment Ops (FF).
   • Maintain inbound schedule forms and notify stakeholders (BMs, WH teams).
2. Purchase Order Creation & Shelf-Life Validation:
   • Create POs for Local Choice vendors as required, ensuring data input accuracy.
   • Validate BM requests and update SKU shelf life based on warehouse needs.
3. Governance & Issue Resolution:
   • Track inbound/outbound discrepancies and assist in IO validation workflows.
   • Support SKU updates and quality assurance processes for smooth execution.
4. Supplier Communication:
   • Send PO fill rate and invoice data to suppliers.
   • Follow up on pending documentation, address payout issues, and facilitate timely resolution.
5. Data Management & Reporting:
   • Prepare trackers for fill rates, SKU aging, and supplier reconciliations.
   • Assist in consolidating data for WBR presentations and dashboards.
6. Backmargin Operations Assistance:
   • Support the Back Margin team in daily BM tracker updates and payment issue reconciliation.
   • Share accurate and comprehensive backmargin-related reports with stakeholders.
7. IM & Flash Sale Coordination (OND):
   • Address increased customer/seller IM messages during the OND season.
   • Monitor flash sale stock, pricing, and adherence to governance protocols.
8. SKU Data Cleanup & System Optimization:
   • Correct errors in SKU activations and category mapping.
   • Participate in UAT testing for SKU tagging and system channel integrations (e.g., FBD-to-Choice).
9. Learning & Development:
   • Attend internal training sessions and cross-departmental meetings for comprehensive supply chain exposure.
   • Collaborate with peers and regional teams (LK, PK, NP) for knowledge building and skill enhancement.
10. Ad-hoc Projects & Process Improvement:
    • Support process automation and document manual workflows.
    • Contribute to special project initiatives to drive operational enhancements.
