Job Purpose:
The IT & Office Support Officer will provide technical support for office IT systems and assist
in managing documents, files, and general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily
operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office IT systems including computers, printers, and networks
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate with IT service providers when
- needed
- Maintain and organize office documents, records, and files
- Assist with data entry, digital filing, and document tracking
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure smooth office workflow
- Handle office emails, reports, and correspondence as needed
- Collecting and delivering official documents to and from various departments, offices,
- and external institutions
Qualification & Skills Required:
- Minimum High School (+2); Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in IT, Computer
- Science, or related field
- Basic IT knowledge: MS Office, email, networking, printer/scanner operations
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English and Nepali
- Ability to multitask and manage both IT and administrative responsibilities
- Professional, polite, and proactive in solving problems
