Job Purpose:
The Front Desk Officer is responsible for managing the main reception area of the office.They
welcome visitors, handle phone calls, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily
operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials are needed.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure office reception is well-organized and presentable.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling meetings, and handling inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal teams for meeting arrangements and client handling.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, and returns.
- Taking and delivering messages.
- Assist in follow-up calls or emails to clients as needed.
- Prepare and send outgoing mail and courier packages.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Education: High School (+2) completed or Bachlor’s Running, Basic Computer skills
- Strong communication skills in English and Nepali
- Computer skills: MS Office, Email, Internet.
- Professional, polite, and organized behavior
- Ability to multitask and a strong interest in customer service
